Common free · 一齊得閒

See who’s free

Common-free days are computed on device from your off-day rules and the calendars people have shared — colour blocks you do not edit by hand.

Members who haven’t shared a calendar show as not counted — never silently dropped.
A tea-ring marks days when the group overlaps as free.
From a free day you can invite for tea and write an all-day event.

Calendars

Shifts in the cells, readable at a glance

Large day cells show multiple event titles. Keep several calendars (work, personal, side hustle, family…), reorder with a long-press, and switch focus sets in one tap.

Local-first: your data mainly lives on your phone.
Past days freeze to your personal day boundary; on-time and delayed states are labelled.
Day info such as weather, MTR, and flights is supportive context — not ads.

Import

Photograph a roster — confirm before it lands

Import is the single entry point: Excel/CSV parses on device; photo/PDF rosters can use AI to draft events; Apple/Google can copy once into a category or stay as a live read-only link.

AI import uploads only after explicit consent; files are deleted right after processing.
Nothing is written until you confirm the preview.
Prefer not to use AI? Stay on Excel or the on-device OCR path.

The server is used for groups, sign-in, and optional AI import. No ad tracking. Read the full policy for details.
